    Our trips are highly customized to the individual interests & passions of each group and we work with the very best private guides, area experts, academics, artists, and local insiders, to create unique client experiences. The more information we can get regarding their interests, the better we can tailor the experience to the client.

  • Are your client big 'foodies'? Are Michelin starred restaurants and tasting menus of interest? Do cooking classes and curated food experiences (for example harvesting oysters or foraging for mushrooms) appeal?
  • If applicable, please let us know if your client is interested in visiting certain wineries and their interest level. Do they prefer certain grape varietals? Would they like a private driver?
  • Accommodation

  • Please provide any information regarding the style of hotel that your client likes. Leading luxury properties, smaller boutique hotels, rustic inns?
  • We typically propose standard room categories but opt for upgrades for views, space and location when it makes sense. However, please let us know if your client prefers to stay in suites as a matter of course.
  • It is useful to get an idea of a few properties that your client has stayed at recently and loved. These do not need to be in the U.S.
