Guy Ritchie Brings his WildKitchen dinners to the Lodge at Blue Sky, Utah

This summer, the Lodge at Blue Sky, an Auberge Resorts Collection property just outside of Park City, will host the U.S. debut of WildKitchen, a unique live fire culinary concept from renowned British filmmaker Guy Ritchie. The restaurant combines his obsession with the outdoors, barbecue, and back-to-basics living and is the follow-up to U.K.-based Cashmere Caveman’s WildKitchen, which is featured in the Netflix series The Gentlemen.

Dishes showcasing locally sourced proteins and produce from the hotel’s onsite farm might include elk loin with roasted radishes and black trout with watercress complemented by flights of Ritchie’s beer, Gritchie Brew. And of course, evening’s conclude with artisanal S’mores.
